A Short Horror Story.

So I’m about to fight Lord Electrode in my copy of Legends, and while on my way to work a scene involving Peach, Rei, Adaman, and Melli popped into my head and I thought I should relay the message to you. (Keep in mind tha t this could take place directly before or after Rei faces Electrode.) Basically Melli is still on his high horse (shocking I know,) and going on about how “Lord Electrode is fine! He received this divine strength from all mighty Sinnoh, so why shouldn’t he be using it,” and “Outsiders like you two (Peach and Rei) shouldn’t have involved yourselves in this. Since I’m his warden, I obviously know that he’s fine,” without even batting an eye to the fact that Electrode is clearly NOT fine and is suffering. And while he’s going on about all this, something in Rei just snaps. All the frustration he’s felt about being an outcast in a place/situation he never asked to be in combined with the fact that he just wants to go home causes Rei to give him a good old left hook, which knocks him onto the ground. Everyone is just silent as this happens and once Melli hits the ground Peach who is also fuming because of his lack of care towards Electrode but also the way he borderline worships the pokemon as well, just shoots Adaman (who honestly needs a break at this point) that says, “permission to beat the ever loving shit out of this man” to which he responds “Fuck it, sure.” Peach and Val then proceed to make sure that Melli has a slim chance to have kids in the future, and after that everyone collectively agrees to never talk about this again, especially in front of the commander.
