Do you ever feel like you have so much darkness deep inside of you?

Like it might swallow you whole? Like it might consume all of the gentle lights and midtones until you’re nothing but sharp contrasts? Until you’ve forgotten what a soft morning is supposed to feel like?

I want you to picture that darkness. I want you to feel it. Feel it in your stomach. Imagine it works its way up. It’s cold.

It works its way up, but not to your heart.

No, not your heart. It goes on over to your shoulder!

This is good. The shoulder is much more durable than the heart.

From your shoulder it slides down your arm. It feels like water in the shower almost, but heavier. So much heavier and more viscous. Icky, really.

Now it begins to drip out of your fingertips. This is a bit gross, but it’s very good. That means it’s not inside of you anymore.

Now please look at your fingers right now. If this exercise has been literal in any way at all then I need you to call our help line immediately!!!! Please!!!!
