Her first lesbian scene is a kiss in Tinto Brass film L'Urlo (filmed in 1968, released in 1970).

In "Young Casanova" (1969), Tina shares the bed with Leonard Whiting and Silvia Dionisio, but the main interest here is just the guy.

In "La Principessa Nuda" (1976) Tina plays the role of Gladys, a journalist who's also a spy, and she falls in love with her co-star Ajita Wilson, who plays the role of the Princess Mariam.

And in "Salon Kitty" (again 1976) Tina plays the role of Herta Wallenberg and hugs and kisses Teresa Ann Savoy who plays the role of Margherita. In these scene, a general orders them to hug and kiss and while the character of Margherita finds it quite odd, Herta Wallenberg enjoys it a lot.

Having said that, I have a quote Tina said about co-star Ajita Wilson:

In this interview Tina told that appearing nude on films didn't bothered her if it had a purpose for the story.

This is the only thing I have on Tina and her lesbian/bisexual characters. If I have more I'll post.

I think both Marias (Tina's mum and Tina's cousin) didn't play a bisexual/lesbian character. I haven't watched all of their films, but I guess the former didn't do it as in the 50s in Hollywood that was unthinkable, and the latter didn't do it was well cause she worked mainly in Spain and there was a dictatorship in the mid-70s and it was forbidden.
