Bird Blorbo Appreciation

Dot: What was that? Nightshade: Ooh! Just a minor dose of Chaos energy. Dot: Do I want to know what happens if someone gets a bigger dose? [Threatening bigger dose of Chaos energy.]

Thought it be a great idea my first review in this series is my favorite transformers character, nightshade!

They look great in robot mode, a very accurate depiction of how they looked in the show.

Though the head may seem off to others. Definitely give them a cryptid look with wide eyes and the mouth that seems it would unhinge like a snake. Personally I like this vibe this gives them.

Their possibility is no slouch either. There is some lacking parts like no waist or wrist swivel, but what here gives so much dynamic movement to the character. Plus their weapons seamlessly stores in nightshade wings of some wicked Bowie knives!

The transformation from bot to owl mode is simple and satisfyingly addictive to do back and forth.

Nightshade owl mode is adorable and well executed. It's surprising how such a lanky bot can compress to a compact robot bird. The wings are more poseable in this mode, as well the bird legs. Plus the head can turn 360 degrees around just like a owl.

And if you had a big enough figure you could have them sitting on their shoulder like a parrot.

Their one of my favorite figures and haven't left my desk and has been with me for many trips.
