i’m also thriving just so you know. my mother knows i’m trans now. i’m also staying at this college for another year maybe more. christmas break was rough because you destroyed all of my friend groups back home so i am actually glad to stay in the midwest.

1) if you hate half the live band members then pretend you don’t know who the ghouls are. we aren’t supposed to know anyways. enjoy the music, enjoy the ghoul, enjoy the lore, and just forget about the real people. if you want to still enjoy it, you have to forgive and forget or separate and forget.

2) leave the fucking fandom. if you don’t like it here then just leave. it’s getting ridiculous to flame a new person every week whether it’s about something serious or something that doesn’t matter. yeah hold people responsible and tell them what they did was wrong, but don’t go and completely chase them down and destroy their lives. guess what? if you go outside you’ll interact with people that have done things like that. you can’t cancel the whole world. just because they are “public figures” doesn’t mean they want to be torn down. tell them what they did wrong and then leave them be. they’re adults and they made their own decisions. so, make your own decision after that to keep following them or not. if we were to cancel every person in the world who has sexually assaulted someone, that would be at least half of the population. if we were to cancel everyone who has used AI, that would be at least everyone ages 8-35. if we were to cancel everyone who has dated a past abuser/bully, again a fair bit of the population. like just take a step back, go outside, interact with people irl, and then come back and reevaluate. if you can’t handle the ghost member then just unfollow and block. curate your own life experience, don’t expect others to bend to your will.

i will say that i do not think team TIES is gonna win, they’re washed up, just having fun, make dumb mistakes sometimes, and i don’t think any of them could pull through

maybe cleo has a chance to win, maybe the nosy neighbors do. but cleo might be pulled down with her family and the nosy neighbors (and grian) might pull each other down

scott also has the possibility to win; but i don’t think he will. he is a rule breaker in these games, he would sacrifice himself for martyn to win
