i just started hysterically laughing thinking ab the time we were trying to find the super market w no service in MA and a wasp flew into your car and i basically jumped in your lap/tried to climb out of the car all the while shouting "i'm not freaking out! i'm not scared!" and then u tried to reverse the car so that it would stay out when it finally was gone but u drove in a circle bcos u were laughing too hard and god i just lysm u r my favorite person to do nothing and everything w and i wanna go back to here ok? @thepondhouse

one of the only good things to come out of my ulcerative colitis is experimenting with different foods to pacify and not aggravate my flare ups. spaghetti squash and asparagus are both quite easy on my stomach so: toss in some fresh marinara, a shit load of garlic (to help boost my immunity against this stupid disease), add an almond ricotta (because dairy is an extreme aggravator), and sprinkle a dash of crushed red pepper (because even though the heat may be a bit harsh, i am only human and baby gotta eat) and voilà! you've got yourself a lunch the plantbased gods can be proud of🌱
