so, i went out with weird guy two days ago

he’s nice and i do think he’s genuine about moving away from the right. we have a lot of interests in common.

however, he’s REALLY touchy. and i mean like, i had to KEEP telling him to stop trying to touch me. i’m just not very affectionate. i never have been. when i told him, instead of apologizing, he immediately went to questioning my boundary instead of respecting it.

i’m also very ace and he’s very…not. i don’t like how his reaction to that information was, “how do you know if you’ve never tried it?” it’s not about the act itself, it’s the attraction.

another thing that’s been bothering me more and more is when i told him i’m chronically underweight, he was like, “well, i think you look fine” and said me being tiny is “cute.” mind you, i had just said it was because of a health issue. maybe he didn’t mean it badly, but ugh (he also full-on asked if i’m anorexic and like, yeah, i’ve struggled and still struggle with that, but he asked it in a way that was kinda judgy and off-putting so i felt forced to say no. i lied to that man.)

found out i rejected myself

cried at work

fell off my chair

fixed the rejection

got stuck in an elevator

one thing led to another

he FINALLY understood what i was trying to do

so uhhhhhhh…he said he genuinely wants companionship and said he’d happily go out with me

i then go on a whole Thing about her.

he asks me to hang out again eventually.

what do i do?
