femmeannabelleâ:
When Annabelle realized that it was Billieâs car pulling up to hers, she felt her spirits lift a little bit. One of the last times sheâd seen Billie had been the night sheâd been attacked by that human asshole outside of the Lusty Lady. Sheâd seen a side of Billie that she knew existed, but never thought sheâd see first hand. It had been terrifying and exhilarating all at one time. The only thing it had done to their relationship was make it stronger. Billie had killed a man for her to keep her safe, whatever Annabelle had to do in return, she would do.
âI may or may not have asked my roommateâŚ.â She teased, winking at her, and realizing that now her situation didnât seem so hopeless. âI donât know what the problem is except that my car might as well be a literal piece of SHIT.â She said, kicking a tire and wincing at the pain in her foot.
âDo you know anything about cars from that long life youâve lived?â She asked sweetly, leaning against the car and tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.
Billie leaned against the hood of her car and laughed, âwell, Iâve never said no to a damsel in distress and I wonât start now.â Really, she aught to be keeping a better eye on Anna over all, considering sheâd become something of a toy. But sheâd never been opposed much to sharing, and the majority of the towns most dangerous beings- dangerous to Annabelle, anyway- answered to Billieâs boss. So there wasnât all that much to worry about. and if Billie dealt with all of her problems the whole relationship became far too... Regular. She liked popping up unexpectedly.
âMmmm, does look like you could do with a new motor.â Could buy her one, would barely be a dent in the finances. Itâs a little too extravagant of a purchase though- wouldnât go unnoticed by Astarte or Anneâs circle of friends. âIâm a lesbian from the fifties.â Billie scoffed, kicking up from her lean to saunter over to Annabelleâs car, popping up the hood. âOf course I know a thing or two about cars.âÂ
The engine was still kinda hot, but she could move fast enough. âYour radiator is full of shit.â She snorted out a laugh as she carefully removed the little engine piece and shook out debris. âCheap oil?â It was phrased like a guess, but really that had to be the case. Luckily Billie was like a boy scout- always prepared. She walked back to her own trunk to pull out an oil canister, setting the cleaner radiator part back in its place and topping it up. âThat should do it.â She pushed the hood back down, âtry it now.â
