So what's up Tumblr fam I know I haven't been active lately but I been busting my ass over the past 9 months. The picture on the left is Soto 2k15 and the man in the right is Soto 2k16. This transformation hasn't been easy but with the team I have I can't fail. I just wanna inspire all my obese people out there. I know how ya'll feel, i been there. But please I fucking beg you, make a change and eat healthy. Life is stressful enough but don't make it any more difficult by adding health problems to the list. If i can do it any one can. Take advantage everyday you're alive ya'll.
