I realised I was a lesbian this year, actually. I thought I was bi when I was 15, but then I realised I was pressuring myself to pick a random boy to have a crush on for when people asked who I liked to not feel like I was falling behind. After that I never thought about 'liking him' ever again haha. I just kept mentioning his name for years if someone asked, and that was it. But eventually I stopped gaslighting myself because I realised I had never had a genuine crush on a guy, but I couldn't stop thinking about the girls I had a crush on.
