This is Cookie. The shelter gave her this name. We fostered and then of course had to adopt her. She’s hops like a Mexican Jumping Bean. She’s annoying the heck out of her new older sister, but affectionate as hell. She’s only about 11lbs and if anyone can figure out her breed, we’d love to know. You all helped us last time in identifying our other rescue Sandy.

Germany-based photographer Johannese Huwe‘s journey to the southernmost continent is akin to a classic adventure. The expedition began traveling from Germany to Ushuaia, Argentina, the southernmost city in the world. From Ushuaia, Huwe embarked on the expedition ship _“L’Austral”, and spent the summer months at the Mediterranean.
