Did you know I also blog about anxiety? I share tips and advice based on my experience. Anxiety is something that took me from a confident, full time worker, social bunny, who loved life. To being afraid to interact with people, being unable to work and sometimes leave the house. I want to share more of my experience (the good side and the bad side) as well as more tips etc with you guys and I will be able to soon I think.
