Beyond Two Souls Confessions

I really wish I could've seen Aiden's face at least once.

I loved the way Stan cared about Jodie. It's like he found someone to love and I could see them as a couple.

I don't get it why people hate Ryan. Don't they realise that he really loves Jodie? Yes, he did made mistakes. But he never lied about his feelings for her. When Jodie dies or chooses the beyond, he was so heartbroken. His world has collapsed. I ship them and I think the ending with Ryan was the best of all.

I love how the story mixes in with my own personal beliefs. Like how Aiden was there when they were no longer tied together or how Jodie was watching over everyone she loved. I believe we are all watched over and protected and I love seeing that type of thing in the game.

Why was there not an option at the end for Cole?! He was the one always there for Jodie. It definitely would have made the end decision easy for me!

I always think back to the time Ryan came to take Jodie away. That scene makes it hard for me to picture them as a couple later in life. He treated her with little respect, clearly saw her as a child and didn't even give her a break. Bottom line, there's too much history.

Stan really reminded me of David from The Last of Us, so when I first saw him, I didn't like him. He's a really sweet character, but the resemblance to David still bothers me...

I thought that Beyond Two Souls had such real dialogue throughout the game. When Jodie was recruited to the CIA and Ryan was being really pushy in my head I was like "Go fuck yourself." then Jodie was like "Go fuck yourself."

Beyond Two Souls really did change the way I think about life and death and made me love life. The different ending, happy or sad, puts more meaning into the whole "Fate is something we make on our own" thing.

I feel reason that Nathan was excluded from the Beyond line-up was because he caused his own death in some way (shooting himself/attacking Jodie) and couldn't be saved by Jodie/she had no real influence over his death, whereas for the others, they were people she failed to save or died for/because of her. Not sure if that makes sense but it's my headcanon.

One of the sweetest endings for me had to be the Zoey ending. The fact that Jodie went on about how they never cared to know her past and accepted her for who she was really got to me. Growing up as a military kid I moved around a lot and knew exactly how she felt finally finding her "home".

I was personally disappointed and genuinely surprised that Stan wasn't a romance option for Jodie at the end of the game. I found him to be so sweet, and quite attractive!

During the entire game, I saw Nathan and Cole as Jodie's gay (but not really) science daddies with Cole having the dominant parental role. He was genuinely kind to her and cared for her well being and the fact that he called her princess throughout their time together was cute as hell. I was so disappointed when there was no Cole ending!
