Great idea #Repost @collinstoolco The ply prep router bit reduces the core plys. The veneers are left proud by several thousandths. A stepped fence or a straight edge prevents snipe. Trim is clamped with masking tape. Other clamping devices are used for odd profiles or wide stock. Trim is flushed with a chisel plane or scraper. Even using tape seams are tight.
