Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a bowl. Make sure the baby portobello mushrooms are thoroughly coated after tossing them in the mixture of herbs and garlic. Arrange the coated mushrooms in a single layer on an ovenproof dish or baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft and starting to caramelize, in a preheated oven.
