FIRST Team BERT 133

Some BERT holiday cheer!

BERT 133 competed at the New England District Championships this weekend. Unfortunately we were not picked for alliances, but due to our qualification average and outstanding performance at previous events, we qualified for the World Championship in St Louis!

BERT 133 will be competing at WPI this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. You can watch us compete on a livestream at http://www.twitch.tv/nefirst_blue. If we do not terribly, we will almost certainly qualify for Worlds in St Louis!

Sibling drive team love immediately after winning UNH.

BERT wins the UNH NE District FIRST Robotics competition ranking them 6th of 175 New England Teams!!!! We were seeded 9th of 40 going into alliance selection, and picked rank 33 and 30 teams as the 6th seed alliance. We beat out the team that won at our last event and the team that picked us leading to 2nd place at our last event to win UNH.

BERT 133 came in second place at Pine Tree, as well as obtaining the Engineering Excellence Award. Great job to everyone at the event and on the team!

BERT 133 has submitted their animation to the E4U2 Contest. A great job from the animation team, who have already won the FIRST Safety Animation award from their first animation for the team.
