A little 12 MN sketch of Maxie for @euargh What I wanted to say is, sorry. I accidentally minced words and ended up becoming too arrogant. I wish you the best with your mental health and I hope you overcome your struggles.

I tried animating Maria Reynolds in a GIF; well, this is a newfound hobby for me.
Just a random scribble of a nurse-
My messy art style had evolved.
The Pabalan Fam
Serena "Sere" Pabalan lives in a simple family, composed of her Father and Mom. Her Father is someone very distant to them emotionally after so many issues yet to be written in a book. Her Mom, on the other hand, is the person who cared for her the most.
Friends? Sere has a pet cat named Curie and a turtle named Long Neck.

Sere Pabalan - A Homestuck OC (PH)
Mabuhay! My OC's name is Sere Pabalan. She is a kid of 13 and she is 4'11 tall. She is of Filipino descent and a citizen, meaning the summer winds blow into their house and the tough rains get blocked by their capiz shell windows.
Casually, she wears a white shirt and a blue cardigan paired with light khaki pants and sky blue slippers.
But as she is aligned to Homestuck, being a Witch of Space, she altered her clothing completely. Her dark gray baro is paired with a light gray tapis, and she wears a navy blue saya. Behind her baro is the two-tailed cape and a hoodie that she can pull as needed.
She is a cis female, demisexual and sapiosexual. She is an INTJ-A, (a Derse dreamer), meaning that she is rational and creative at the same time. Her intuition is really good enough to smell what is the better thing to make with her powers.
She has a variety of interests. She can feel the waft rushing onto her hair while writing in her journal. It could be a random entry or a poem. Or it could be a scribble. She might fiddle on her phone and draw digital art with her fingers, or read medical articles from the net. She might be singing in the bathroom or listen to classical music while playing with her pet, Curie.
(And if you're curious to what she looks like, view my profile picture)

Wow look! My persona! I managed to actually make one without using an “Evoker”. Also, to anyone wondering, the text in the background says, “Shut up!” and yes I am a weeb.
Nice art. But I don’t think you are a weeb.

I made some quick doodle yesterday for @euargh I hope this makes you feel better! Have a good day.
You can’t force people to appreciate you.
You can’t force people to be loyal to you.
You can’t force people to treat you right.
You can’t force people to be honest with you.
You definitely can’t force people to love you.
You may sometimes feel that you are not you, but in the end it's still you.
It’s Mother’s Day today!
Here’s a little Lusamine doodle for those Pokémon fans- I let her wear a simple t-shirt in contrast to her Aether Foundation shirt.
Anyway, I had to say that I flawed on the shading…

If English mugs other languages in dark alleyways, then Tagalog straight up threw Spanish into a blender…
Then the blended shake was Filipino that is the national language of the Philippines.
Tagalog is a Philippine dialect, and Filipino was composed of words mostly from Tagalog and borrowed Spanish words that became the national language of the Philippines. There is a long history about that, though the main topic says that Tagalog and Spanish (and some other borrowed words) got mixed up into a new language.
For example, “chair” in the Filipino context can be “silya” or “salumpuwit”:
“Silya” comes from the Spanish word “silla”.
“Salumpuwit” is from the Tagalog dialect.
Salamat po sa inyong oras.
HINDE PA AKO MARUNONG MAG TAGALOGG- QAQ
Friendly reminder: first and foremost, please avoid interchanging "Filipino" and "Tagalog" as Filipino is the national language and Tagalog is a dialect where some words are borrowed.
If you're a Filipino, technically, you know how to speak in Tagalog except that it's just a few words stuck in the Filipino language just like:
"sihay" (lit. "room of life" from silid-buhay, translates to cell)
It's also probable that the Tagalog words we speak in the Filipino language are simplified so that there is no need to place accent marks, like in the Tagalog Gutenberg version of Rizal's novel "Noli me Tangere". (Or there could be a much broader explanation, I'm open to it-)
I'm going to say, you don't fret! You do not need to learn Tagalog to be a true Filipino; just learn the national language by heart. The Filipino language had tons of words with no exact English word equivalent, meaning you could only give an explanation of its context. Examples:
"kilig" (We know this, it's the feeling when you are infatuated and you might blush and/or squeal)
"pitik" (Either it would be finger-snapping or the flickering of lights)
"tampo" (Mixed emotions that you're not too angry but you're just not that satisfied)
"gigil" (Can mean something is irresistibly cute or someone who triggers annoyance)
I came across some of the words from my school and the FilipiKnow site, here's the link to the specific article:
https://www.filipiknow.net/tagalog-words-with-no-english-translation-2/
Please do check the other articles, it's in English so you'll understand other words and there are tons of facts for locals and internationals. Salamat po sa inyong oras.
