How to get this idea off the ground 

Probably a cool thing to have on a recurring basis - schedule yourself into the calendar if you'd like to talk about what you're working on!

In addition to building, we could also talk about the different uses for a website, also show some websites we think are well made/cool.

Artist statement, resume, bio, program note critiques. This to apply to/for?

What is the purpose of form? Maybe we could bring articles, or reference particular pieces, or talk about our own approach to form. 

Rhythm - bring a piece that deals with rhythm in a way that is interesting to you.
