What if I wrote a low-key redemption fic where Harry and Adam break it off for good...
Adam would just spiral into self pity and misery, that would affect his work even more. Shruti will try to help and with time he would come to his senses and become an actual mentor for her. He would apologize for the asshole he was and gift her a notebook similar to his, where she could keep track of the delivered babies...
