“A Sense of Direction” A bit of a brighter piece this time around. I’ve been meaning to finish a full landscape piece for awhile since doing more outdoor painting and taking some scenic trips in the past couple of months or so. I feel like i’ve got a ways to go as far as constructing full scenes like this but enjoyed the process regardless. I’m eager to do more traveling and scenic painting in the near future. “Immersion” This was a very experimental piece for me in terms of techniques, subject matter, and intent. This was created with the idea that i would record some music to it and work both the image and music into an animation. The video in this post is cut short but you can see the full animation on youtube (link in bio) or a weirdly cropped version on my IG tv channel. All of the instruments were played by me.
