While taking a break for lunch, my friend took some detail shots of my Tooth Fairy costume. Thought I’d share since everyone seems so interested. :]

There are some areas that are kind of… spread out and that’s because I was running out of feathers toward the end. I plan to add more so that they aren’t so spaced out, but I want to take a break before jumping back into it. xD

All in all, though, I am VERY proud of this costume! I wasn’t sure at times that it would come out very well. So glad it did!

i’m getting round to old projects i started. if any of you remember i had this idea ages ago but never ran with it until tonight.

Soo, the finished work of the cosplay I’ve worn to the DoKomi 2013 convention.

There is nothing that saddens me more than the fact that here in Germany, in the cosplay community, nothing is more looked down on than the Naruto fandom. Especially Sasuke and Naruto cosplayer are being ignored and laughed at, even if they’re good.

I think it’s a shame. Sure, there are some pretty.. bad examples for them, but shouldn’t it be appreciated when someone loves a fandom so much, they keep coming up with new cosplay from their favorite characters that they’re sticking with until the end?

I notice that nothing and no one is hated more than Sasuke and Naruto cosplayer. Show them a Gaara or a Madara or a Itachi, a Deidara or whatever and they’re happy. Show them Sasuke or Naruto and they don’t stop bitching at how bad and how ‘overcossed’ they are.
