“Lord, give me the strength. Not to do my day job. Not to complete my work out. Not even to fulfill my family or my dreams or deal with difficult people. Although, I do enjoy those things. Give me the strength to make You proud. Give me the strength to glorify You in all that I say, act, and do. Give me the strength to face problems in a way that shows others Your beauty. In a way that will point others to You. Give me the strength to be humble and to do nothing for my name, but for Yours. I know that You are an amazing God, but I also know I’m tempted and that I will mess up. Lord, give me the strength to quickly repent and turn away from my own desires, and run towards Yours. Amen.”
