I just watched the latest episode and I have to say: it’s the first time I am truly disappointed with the writers. I got interested with scarlet beauty the moment the first spoiler photos were released and fell in love with them the moment they first smiled at each other on screen. I was looking forward to seeing them together, talk to each other and saw the chance that the writers could do somethig beautiful and meaningful with these two characters. Even though I knew that rumbelle was probably endgame, I thought that scarlet beauty could still become a ship that could send a great message: a second chance at true love if you just freed yourself from an abusive relationship!

And now? Abot 8 episodes later? I’m completely disappointed and done!

Honestly: why bother introducing a new ship if u don’t care to let them interact or even EXPLAIN why u chose to put them together? sure: we got two kisses and a ‘date’ at granny’s - oh and a rose.. Woohoo... But almost no real interaction. I am so in love with the idea of scarlet beauty, but how can I blame someone who isn’t yet convinced, for not shipping them as they barely see them on screen? Hell Will is not even allowed to answer Belle when she asks him a queastion? Seriosly, why bother pairing them up on the show dear writers? I neve wanted Will to become a simple rumbelle plot device. But my heart broke as Belle let go of his hand, looking longingly at her ex-husband as he went out if the job. Will as well as Belle deserve SO much more that the show is willing to give them. Same holds true for the people who ship rumbelle, scarlet beauty or scarlet queen: we don’t deserve this! 

Scarlet beauty has SO much potential! But this ship is going down pretty fast. And what for? For splitting the fandome and for making scarlet beauty shippers falsely hope that we could at least get 5 minutes of meaningful interaction?

The writers try to have too many different stories in 12 episodes. How about cutting some if these stories and focus on simply few of them..? These episodes don’t leave me satisfied. It’s just too many stories going on with too little time to explore them! Why do this?

I know that some of you are upset about her behavior and that you ship rumbelle til the bitter end. But honestly: what message would that be? Ouat has no longer much to do with our beloved (disney’s) beauty and the beast. And that’s alright because it’s a completely different show. Pls don’t ship something / soneone no matter the cost.

I don’t write this to offend anyone: I just want you to think about it.

Imagine Belle would be your friend in real life who is married to a guy who is addicted to drugs (like rumple is addicted to magic). You know that he loves her, but his craving for drugs is uncontrollable. He manipulates your friend, lies to her, and no matter how much she loves him: he a,ways chooses drugs over a drug-free life with her - and even admits that to others 

What would you advice her to do? Would you tell her to keep loving him, no matter what because he is the one she loves, even if she sacrifices her own well-being? Or would you tell her to finally leave the guy and move on: because no man in this world is worth destroying your own life for him.

I love(d) rumbelle with all my heart. But not how things turned out and especially not after rumple keeps manipulating her and wants to solve his problems with more magic.

So if you draw the parallel to real life, I am glad the writers decided to raise this topic and to handle it that way:

This woman deserves a happy, healthy relationship. She has trued to rescue Rumple SO many times ... I think it’s her turn now
