Bellarke AUs

i don't know if anyone's written this yet, i personally haven't seen any, but just think of a bellarke au of The Day After Tomorrow bec it fits so well?? the plot is literally about this scientist dude who more or less predicts the end of the world, is ignored and no one listens to him till it's way too late, who's married/divorced to a doctor (both actually aesthetically kinda remind me of abby and jake tbh) and their smart af kid, who has a huge crush on a cool history nerd, ends up stranded with other kids (more cool nerds), and sort of becomes their leader. (starting to sound familiar??) the whole cast of characters just lines up perfectly and i am just surprised i haven't seen it anywhere and i dont have the talent to write this but hopefully it'll inspire someone :D

Coffee shop au where Clarkes just gotten off an overnight er shift where she lost a couple patients and the barista, Bellamy, puts the wrong name on her cup and she goes crazy and shouts at him bc so many people die alone without anyone knowing their name, how is it even remotely funny to mess with someone's name? And in Bellamys head he's thinking she's an entitled princess, but not even ten minutes later she comes back up to the counter and he's ready for a full on brawl, but she says "I'm not an asshole. I mean. Usually. I was an asshole just now but it's been a long day." And he's like "it's 7am." And she explain and she apologizes again and they leave on good terms and she comes back the next day and he puts princess on her cup and she looks at him and he's all, "you were a bit of a princess." And she laughs tired and this goes on for a few weeks and he just gives her cute or weird or funny names to make her laugh and one day on one of the tables he finds a paper that has all the names and little doodles all over it, and when she comes back the next day he hands it to her and is all "I don't make it a habit of asking out royalty, but," And then months later they have coffee together at home when she has the bad nights and he lets her take them out on him when she cries about the patients she's lost and he vents to her about all the shitty assholes he has to deal with to make her laugh

Bellarke au where Bellamy and Clarke have friend groups that overlap and they've never met or seen pictures of one another, but they always see each other in the same place as one another and they've both got it in their heads that the other is stalking them, so they go to their friends and say they have a stalker And Clarke will hang out with Monty and Miller and Miller will say something like "Bellamys stalker strikes again!" And she's all "what really? So has mine!" And this goes on for a few months and ravens like "why don't you go ask the fucker what his problem is" and millers like "maybe it's time to approach her?" And then one day they make eye contact and storm angrily towards each other, point accusingly and shout, "you! Why are you stalking me? Me? You're stalking me!" And then whoops you're bellamy and I'm clarke this is kind of funny

Bellamy goes to a pop up spicy food restaurant and all dramatic and seemingly frantic says "Give me the hottest you've got." And the cashier, Clarke, stares at him for a long moment before her coworker, Wells nudges her and a slow smirk forms and he just says, "You're looking at her." And he skidaddles off as Clarke splutters and Bellamy seems to calm down for a second and says, "Well. He's not wrong." Later he tells her Murphy lost a bet and he'd wanted to make him suffer with the spiciest food he could find.

Hogwarts au where Clarke has been petrified by the basilisk and Bellamy finds out in the middle of a quidditch match and nearly crashes his broom when he sees Wells run onto the pitch to tell mcgonagall

College au where clarkes thinking about being a stripper for some extra cash bc she's been disowned and Octavia's older brother Bellamy scoffs and says there's no way the princess would have the guts to do it and Clarke does it just to spite him and he doesn't know until he goes to Millers bachelors party and sees the main star of the night is a blonde called Princess and he thinks he's crazy for a moment until she turns around and yep, that's definitely Clarke.

Bellarke modern au where Bellamy and Clarke are friends that have tried to date but have failed every time and despite their feelings decide to have a sex "punch card" where they each have 5 punches to work out their feelings and sexual tension and everyone around them tells them it's a terrible idea bc neither of them are capable of casual sex when it comes to one another but they ignore them because They Are Strong and Can Do This. Of course more feelings and problems ensue and everyone except Clarke and Bellamy are right

Au where Bellamy goes to the island with Clarke and he's the one who inject himself when everyone's distracted and Clarke runs over to him after screaming no and she tries to keep them from using him but he just gently pulls away from her and turns her towards him and grabs her face so she'll look him in the eyes and says "Clarke stop. Clarke -," and she fights him until she's staring at him and clinging onto his wrists and he says, "I love you," and she just closes her eyes and collapses and he holds her until miller pulls her away so they can put Bellamy in the tube. And she begs them not to do it, but they ignore her. But Bellamy survives. And when he gets out she runs across the lab to him and hugs him like her life depends on it before pulling away and punching him in the chest and calling him an asshole and he laughs, all relieved and breathless and just pulls her back into another hug.

Bellamy works at a crafts store, and Clarkes constantly coming in for new pencils or sketchbooks and she seems to be buying more and more and she just laughs when he asks one day and says “I’m just feeling inspired!” And then one day she comes in with an invite to her art show that weekend and she doesn’t buy anything, she just wants to invite him. So he goes and one of the pieces is of him and she sidles up next to him and crinkles her nose and says “too creepy?” And he king laughs all amazed and confused and asks her why she painted him and she’s all, “I told you I was inspired."

clarke and bellamy are trouble makers who have been expelled from a multitude of schools and the only option left is boarding school. they constantly sneak out at night and run into each other out in the fields outside the school and by the convenient lake just off school grounds and slowly fall in love with one another
