First way to work hard girl! Second, did you ever have a problem with balancing a calorie deficit with how hard you worked out? I workout 5-6days for no less than an hour and I keep my heart rate above 80% for most of that. I work really hard but I’ve heard that can start consuming your muscles instead of fat. Any thoughts?
Track your macros. BCAA’s are life. Up your protein. You should be fine as long as your not too low on calories.
