This week has been incredibly fragmented for me. Lots to do and reading about two incidents in the news really made me think 🤔💭 . . Firstly, reading Jessy Taylor’s response to #instagram shutting down her account. I was stunned to see the influence Instagram has on young girls! Her YouTube video that went viral - she claimed she is nothing without her Insta account and belittling herself - is really SAD to see. . . Secondly, coming to terms with the fact that a part of the Notre Dame is erased from history. . . With all this on my mind I forced myself to get outside do some exercises and clear my mind. After hydrating myself I was in a place of acceptance and had this very thought: “ Travel lots and see as much as you can of the world”.
