I’ve heard people talk about it, it’s basically a spell over something that if someone besides the caster touches, reads or moves it , it jinxs? Curses? Or causes some kinda karma to the person that touched it specifically. But no one explains how to do one or even goes into full detail about it besides the vague description

I think I know the type of spell you're talking about, but I've never heard it called a "jump spell" before. When I've encountered the concept, it's been referred to as some kind of protection spell or occasionally as a target-triggered jinx, the latter being an instance of magic (usually defensive) which does not activate until/unless tripped by action or interference from an outside party.

The simplest way of placing one of these spells is through writing or incantation. You can hold the object which is to be protected in your hands and say something like, "This [thing] is mine and mine alone. None may [touch/use/read/etc] it without my permission. Anyone who [touches/uses/read/etc] this without my permission, may they [insert your vengeance of choice here]." Similarly, you can write the words down and keep them with the item or hidden away somewhere safe. You can also put that magical intention into a sigil and mark the object with it, either physically or just by tracing with a fingertip.

I find that this works particularly well for books. I have a spellbook that "bites" if handled without permission. It's nothing profound, just a little something like getting shocked by a doorknob or stumbling briefly over an untied shoelace. The incantation for the spell is written inside the front cover and it's the first thing any stranger opening the book would see.

(It's also worth noting that if you TELL someone they'll be cursed if they interfere with the item in question, their own imaginations and anxieties may very well torment them if they cross that line, whether you've actually laid the spell in place or not. Some free Headology for you.)
