Shut up food noise 🙉

My values align from a combination of experiences when I was raised and how I view right from wrong. This collection of beliefs is not Republican nor Democratic, but a mix of some qualities of each. If you take my dislike of organized religion into account, the percentage of people who share my collection of beliefs drops to an abysmally low percentage of the population. Being a free-thinker can be so lonely some days. I’m happier in the solitude of being comfortable in my own skin. Being quirky and vaguely unpopular is not new to me.

Looking for recommendations for audiobooks or podcasts from the perspective of people experiencing disordered eating, not from the “recovery,” “medical advice,” “nutritionist” voice. Bonus if it is cheap or free.

Up too late trying to calculate the calories of tomorrow’s breakfast

A closet full of clothes and nothing I want to wear! I put away the clean laundry and came up 1 hanger short. Damn those closet gremlins for stealing my hangers! Wait! I found a shirt that I usually fold on a hanger. All is right again with the world again, at least until midnight.

The only thing that is motivating me out of bed is the glamourous need to cover my eyelids in multiple shades of glitter.

Just stop with the thoughts and prayers.
