This message is meant for the Beetlejuice fandom as a whole, but also for antis specifically since you weren’t in the group where this went down.

This morning (April 29, 2020), it came to light in a popular b**tlebabes discord server that a user who’d been there for only a week was engaging in outright predatory behavior and might be an outright pedophile.

This user goes by the name “monumentwave”

And no, I don’t mean that like how antis will refer to shippers as pedos simply because of their choice of ship. I mean he actively tried to target minors in the server and, upon a google search of his username, some very disturbing results came back. Luckily, due to the fact that the server in question specifically prohibits giving out ages (for this very reason), he unintentionally targeted adults who recognized his creepy behavior for what it was. As a result, several users came forward, reported him to the mod, and (after the aforementioned google search further proving people’s fears) he was promptly kicked and banned from the server.

N*ther-r*ceipts has already made a post more specifically detailing this, which I will link here. (Be aware, while nothing graphic is shown, the implications of the googles searches shared are very disturbing and might be upsetting.) However, since I can only assume many people have them [NR] blocked, and since their posts are never put in the main fandom tag, the receipt post about this issue may very well have been missed by many.

While I am myself a shipper, I feel it is very important for this info to become widespread for the sake of protecting everyone in the fandom. I know that many members of the anti camp of the fandom are minors, and the members of the server in which this went down in are genuinely concerned that he might turn towards preying on antis now that he’s been kicked out by shippers.

And I'm sorry about not using the b**tleb*bes or any other tag on this; I agree with op that everyone needs to be on the lookout for this scum (even though pond scum is still better than this).
