I hate this fucking post so much because it’s true and I don’t like it.

I’m back! So I’ve had some bad mental health days and some good days.
I like to try and be social when I’m at Uni so I don’t get too isolated, so right now I’m watching tv with my flatmate whilst she meal preps.
I’ve set up a routine so that at weekends (which I struggle with) I spend my lunchtime with some of my friends!
I also have joined a society that meets every Monday so I have some social structure to the week.
I’m also attending a meeting on mental health support tomorrow ! I’m happy to get things moving!!!
Do any of you guys have routines to help you cope? Or a specific activity? Please feel free to add to this post or message me!
Ok so I wouldn’t normally post this kinda thing here but I think it’s important! I struggle with mental health issues and today has been a rollercoaster, started really happy and then had 2 panic attacks in like the past hour or so. I have pretty bad anxiety and I might start making some posts about how I cope with it? Tbh I know I’ve been suuuuper inactive and am a super tinyyy blog (although I love all my followers 💕) so maybe I’ll share some things that help me and you guys can join in if you feel comfortable to? Hmm idk.....
