Weird Selection

If you do ever get bored, you should take off your weave and scare little bugs that cross your path. You can also dance in your backyard or do stupid things.

All my life, friends were always a flip side of a pancake—either burnt or soft and nice. I had trouble making friends because I was really a shy person, or to say the least, reserved and introverted. I had to overcome lost friendships and live through opening the door for new persons to come in or have those doors shut on me. Sometimes people walked right out, but some have stayed, and that’s great. However, I’ve been that one friend who couldn’t “friend”. I have really bad social skills; everyone can agree on that. I couldn’t finish a conversation or even start one. I can’t do in between either. It’s all broken fragments of a sentence and that upsets me. It’s not so easy for me to move from one sentence to the next, one topic to another, without pausing to have time to think of what to say next. Texting wasn’t my best friend for the most part. I really didn’t have the flows of a conversation all the time with my friends. Sometimes our chats became dull and short. Calling was never my go to thing either. I hate the calls, especially the random ones that come from robots or viruses, and I dislike talking on the phone for that. It’s like I have to plan it all out, or have someone plan it for me, before I speak. It can get awkward. Honestly, I’m one of the most awkwardest people alive. I’m my own persona. I like things to be a little bit different than usual. I’m random and weird; thus, the name of my blog. Not everyone enjoys a person’s uniqueness. It can get annoying, but it is what makes the person, the person. At least for me, people can just ignore this personality and move on in life. People have said I’m boring or dry. It’s not like I can be placed in an iced-tea lemonade and be fine about it. It’s really something that has been inside me for all these years; I’ve grown up like this. Nobody can change that side of me. Supposedly people are social creatures. It’s not true for everyone including me based on my experience.
