light peers through my window.

light tares through the sky.

light blinds me.

light fills my heart and binds the pieces of me together with the pieces of the me i used to be.

light tares me apart and pulls me back together all at once.

The blinding lights pull me under the earth and into the core.

i see a tree covered in vines, leaves showing images of dreams long forgotten and lives no longer lived.

the dreams i dream are entangled in fictions of lives i wanted to live.

fictions of lives that once lived entangled in my soul.

dreams entangled in fictions within pieces of my heart locked away the be held safe.

dreams entangled in reality mixed with false hope of lives never lived and hopes dashed from lives lived harshly.

dream entangled in wails and cry’s of the helpless and and alone.

dreams entangled in the joy and imagination of the children who still have hope

Painting the skies

The colours of blue and green spread through the clouds.

White and grey bleed into the blue

Brushes and pencils move clolors into new.

The sky accept its colours like a dog accepts love.

The orange bleeds into the red.

The red bleeds into the purple.

Colour graces the sky and creates an image of perfect unity.

Sliver stars join the sky as black and dark fill the space.
