Write Something Down #7
Today is December 24, 2021. Our worship team is going to have a Christmas dinner tonight. Although there are about 30%-40% of the members aren’t coming, it’s still a good thing we could do this.
I think while the age of our worship team is getting older, people graduated from universities, and start to work, the effort they put into worship decreases. That’s something true and sad at the same time. When people started their careers, they tend to lose the balance between their job and their life. In other words, the way I think of it, they start losing the balance between other people’s dreams and their own dreams.
Besides that, I’ve received my boxing gloves today. However, they are a little small for my hands, I have to contact them to schedule a replacement. I was excited to try them on hitting the heavy bags, however, I’ll have to wait for a few more days.
Last but not least, my English reading practice is kind of behind the schedule, although I didn’t actually have a schedule. I’ll have to spend more time working on it because I think the skill of reading won’t just improve in a few days of practice. It’s a thing that if I do every day, I’ll get used to it and read faster and faster.
