I am in the lab sipping test tube substances and critiquing them like fine wine

in a year or two some of us will be able to say “i wrote a phd thesis during the apocalypse”

I am currently away from the office and have intermittent access to email. If your email is not urgent I will in all likelihood still reply within 10 minutes due to ineffective self-regulation and an inability to maintain work-life balance.

I belong to “Procrastination” and “Taste” groups. 😄

Caffeine in the morning and alternative to eating in the afternoon when I can’t get a lunch break

Academia is cool and sexy until I’m expected to do work

adulthood is just telling yourself “and after i’ve done THAT i can finally relax” with increasing desperation
