Gingham has lots of hiking trails leading up to the mountains, be careful you don't get lost! Bring a map and follow the markers
I updated beccaland's DA! I got some new villagers and returned to in-game pathing. Also my two alt resident reps have been reimagined to represent some of my OC's from my other blog, beccabuttdraws. Decorating their homes is by far the most time consuming thing I did on this refresh
Now that it's finished I do sort of want resetti to tear it all down though so visit the da while it's here
Last residential area, Frett, Tammi, and Soleil live here. Tammi tends their community garden, and Soleil has a path through her yard to the flower field behind them, and Frett likes to barbecue and work on his boats
Rex, Nate, and Tybalt live on this mountain together. Nate and Rex both have camping themed interiors, so I thought they'd want a more rugged area on the island, and Tybalt is a jock so he lives at the top of the mountain to get his steps in. Lots of weeds so Rex can look at bugs!

My house on Gingham! I turned it into a visitors center, with a main office, back office, rec room, bathrooms, and a small apartment/storage space on the second floor.
Can't have a summer island without beaches!
I don't want to admit how long it took me to get this flower shaped island symmetrical... The center piece for gingham, my campsite! With a bunch of smaller campsites all around it, cute!
Finished a huge hiking trail on gingham, with informational nature plaques and two lookout spots, a van camper, a lemon grove, and a rest spot!
The third camper on Gingham, Ochre! She's a camping influencer <3
Also a nice walking path with picnic spots on either side of the stream. I tried to make some of the hiking paths on this island wheelchair accessible, I did my best...
