helping people to feel a lot  more loved and understood in  this life is a really good use  of our time. 

focus on healing you are not your fear you are not your pain you are not your doubt you are not your past you are your own hope you are greater than voices inside your mind you are louder than the voice itself you and your hope are bigger than your pain

you are not required to be who you were yesterday just because they aren't comfortable with who you are today, you don't have to take steps back in your growth to meet them where their shallow understanding of you is, you are not responsible for carrying anyone's ideas of you.

May you have friends that are sanctuaries and may you be that kind of friend to others. May you be safe ground where people can breathe, unfold, and be the fullest version of themselves.

There are older versions of you that only exist because other people give them oxygen, and you are not obliged to keep those versions alive to make other people happy.
