focus on healing you are not your fear you are not your pain you are not your doubt you are not your past you are your own hope you are greater than voices inside your mind you are louder than the voice itself you and your hope are bigger than your pain

some days she's fine, and some days she's not. but she keeps going because she knows she's got you.

helping people to feel a lot  more loved and understood in  this life is a really good use  of our time. 

one of the first signs of the beginning of understanding is the wish to die. this life appears unbearable, another unattainable. one is no longer ashamed of wanting to die; one asks to be moved from the old cell, which one hates, to a new one, which one will only in time come to hate.

you may be broken & healing simultaneously & still be a piece of art. don't let them tell you otherwise.

i do wonder why you intrigue me but like a moth to a flame i'm drawn, only to be eternally doomed.

to all the hearts feeling lost - "trust yourself, like you've trusted the younger version of you - that bought you here".

the stillness has settled upon my heart since the loss of you, a hard and heavy stillness, even as it somehow continues to beat.

may you know. in the core of who you are. that you belong to something bigger and higher. and that who you are and what you have to share is enough. and if you feel the call to do so, may you take this ache that has hallowed a home in your chest - and give yourself permission to exhale and offering. may you move with and beyond yourself - to do what you were meant to do. yes, it took all of that to get you here.

i am a mosaic: broken pieces that do not always fit together but you said i was still beautiful like all my pieces mattered.

i told the darkness about light and it trembled with fear.
