I went from 100 to 0 real quick, she completly blindsided me.

I honestly thought I would’nt see her again;

I had been doing so good lately, and like a fool was proud of myself;

Missing the clear red flag staring mockingly right at me.

How could I let my guard down?

She has kept me so busy this past weeks, but not really.

She keeps me overthinking useless things, that she makes seem important;

She keeps me tied to my bed unable to get up at all.

My daily routine has done a complete 180°, thanks to her.

I didn’t stop working out like some think;

She only changed the routine.

Instead of struggling to keep going through a workout;

I struggle to keep going through life.

Don’t tell anyone!

She must be kept a secret from prying eyes;

They wouldn’t understand her.

They’ll tell me I’m just being sensitive and it’s all in my head;

Well Yeah!!! That’s where she lives!!!

She showed me she can make me go from a 100 to 0 in a instant;

She only needs to make a quick visit, and take all my efforts with her.

I really want to give up, I don’t want to get up no more.

I think of all my hardwork and dust myself off, I can’t go down like this.

I’m going to reach my 100 again;

Even though she makes me her hostage when she visits;

I won’t let her chain me down, I’m going to keep giving her a fight.

i don’t seem to see results, but I don’t want to give up.

I still have a few weeks to go, to see if my efforts weren’t wasted.

For the results to really show I need time, unfortunately I’m not patient.

I’m starting to get frustrated because I want to reach my goal ASAP.

Don’t keep your emotions bottled up it dosen’t do you any good.

No one will judge you if you cry, remember there is no sunshine without a little bit of rain.

I want to help you through this pain, but it’s hard to help you, and give you some needed comfort when you’re keeping everything bottled up.

I know it’s hard to show your emotions when you always try your best to be everyones ray of sunshine, but it’s ok to cry and let that rain wash out all the sadness away.

I can’t bear to watch you put on a brave face when inside you’re falling apart.
