It even has a coordinated parking structure.

It’s not the Sixth St. Bridge!  There will not be years of meetings to convince the public that it really must be torn down, nor will there be a contest to choose the best design for its replacement.

This is the part of the Metropolitan Water District headquarters that was remodeled as an expensive place of residence, called The Elysian.  Here’s how it looked in Jan. 2015.
