How Do You Sleep is probably the most insane song ever. in a good way but something that will always make me rewind is “jump when your momma tell you anything” which is obviously a clear diss to both john and paul being motherless AND linda mccartney being a mother/mother figure to paul. (there has been some analysis about paul and linda but i don’t know where to find it.) john. you sneaky man

also— just told that john was probably doing it in a self conscious way anyway. so it’s on both of ends. sorry chat haven’t been in my beatles era for so long and sometimes i’ll blog things that are on my mind that may not be accurate
