 And here you have Wally who either (1) thought his dad was dead, because there’s no reason why his dad shouldn’t be there for him otherwise or (2) thought his dad didn’t care about him enough to find him. Especially when you consider that Wally and Francine lived so close by. Wally’s reactions to Joe make perfect sense. He’s not going to fling himself at Joe, Wally has breed that out of himself. Wally has worked to be all the support that him and his mom need and Joe comes in and wants to automatically be the good guy. The good parent. No way. For Iris it makes sense that she forgives Joe for his bad decisions so easily but why would Wally? (And keep in mind, Iris was also giving Francine the cold shoulder. Iris and Wally are reacting to Francine and Joe’s bad decisions)

Hello it’s me again. I made a post about this that has about 1500 notes now, but pretty much stopped going around. so let’s try this again.

This is Malik. He is going blind due to a degenerative eye disease called Keratoconus. The disease alters the shape of your cornea and blurs your vision beyond the fixable range of glasses, contacts, anything. Malik is already legally blind in one eye.

There is a treatment that stops the disease called Corneal Collagen Cross-Linking, and it is performed frequently in Canada and Europe. However, it is not FDA-approved in the US, and therefore is not covered by insurance.

I had an earlier post, but I wanted one that was more explicit. We managed to get ¼ of the goal, but donations have now stopped. If everyone who had reblogged that had donated 2 dollars, we’d be done.

“So I know things have been tense with Zoom around, to say the least,” Iris started once she had everyone’s attention, “But Christmas is coming up, and anyone who knows me knows it’s like my favourite holiday.”

There was a light snort from the speedster, and Joe let out a laugh that was quickly muffled by a hand. Barry crossed his arms as he regarded his best friend, leaning against the central computer desk. “That’s the understatement of the year.”
