working on some clouds and came back midway through a render to find this. A little pixelated because it’s not done yet, but pretty into the look.  

Starting a new set.  will have more objects and windows and things later.  Lots of photos on the wall means lots of photos of me.  It’s called the wall of mike.

started modeling this house today.

Learning how to put paint on a piece of paper

starting lighting in bedroom. plan is to move the light on the left over to fall on the back wall a little an point right at a character who will be on the bed (this camera isn’t final).  Then the light on the base of the bed will be pushed more up towards the headboard and ill let the bottom of the frame get darker.  i will add more wrinkles to the comforter and shade them with that nice glancing angle specular lobe so that i can get a rim going there and then we’ll see where that leaves us.  not sure what to do with the lamp at this point other than give it some semblance of shape.
