This made me cry a little. The number of people who tell me they used to play the flute but that they weren’t ‘talented’ enough or they gave it up to, you know, do life… This is just so beautiful.

Yeah I’m definitely crying. Wow this hit hard. I’m quitting my job that pays well but requires eighty hours a week and taking a 9-5 for a third of the pay for the explicit purpose of having more time to focus on music, specifically, practicing the piano. Oh. This hit home.

This is so true it’s unreal. Not having the time to do the things you’re passionate about sucks. You forget the meaning behind things and life kind of just drifts by. I just wish there was more time in the day to do all the things I want to do...kinda sucks you know?

Hahahaha, I mean I love this on multiple levels.  But what really threw it over the top was the mom’s anxiety over the world-building and city design being right.  I feel you vampire-hiding mom, I feel you.
