Yarrow

A painting from last year. I was kind of looking for peace, and for a moment I found it here while not really thinking about much except that I wanted to paint a feeling, which was nice.

Concept here is a creature in the forest that helps spirits pass through to the next life by purging them of the pain of their old one.

Shook off some painting rust after a bit of a hiatus. I missed it. Decided to use my hands for some sensory goodness. Inspired by light on water.

I am without my tablet for a week, but I found some pictures of old paintings to share.

My precious cat-goblin causes quite the mischief.
