“You think he’s the only person who care’s about you?” 

        “well aware. unfortunately that seems to be the state of my shit, more often than not.”

“here’s an idea, talk a little softer and no one will hear you.”

“—But it’s not like I have any bad wishes.”

“Then what’d you ask for?”

“oh come on, Bellamy, we both know no one hears me”

“Sounds like a personal problem to me.”

“well, i asked to be from my mother’s controlling nature and i ended up getting abducted and forced into a marriage, ultimately becoming queen of the underworld so i guess you can say i wasn’t too careful for what i asked for.”

“Right, well I guess that was a perfect example?”

“that’s very wise for a human. i will certainly consider it.”

“if you’re not a human, then what the hell are you?”

“You sure? Then why are you getting so mad, Princess?”

“Maybe we can get along more than you thought,” he huffed - his voice low and husky. It was a lie, of course. Bellamy had only ever loved two people in his life - his sister and his mother. “Even if you’re lying,” he quickly added - his defensive dimeanor still evident. When Clarke’s name came out of his mouth, his jaw tightened. “I’m not in love with her,” he hissed - his mind swarming with if he was telling a lie again or not.
