beomsoo wasn’t much for shopping out in public. he did most of it online that way there weren’t as many options and he wasn’t stuck like echo was right now. “why not just wait, save up and the get both?” he offered, knowing echo probably wouldn’t take it and just forget about it. “you are, very much so.” he stood up and ran a hand through his hair, pushing it away from his face and fixing it quickly. “let’s just head out, i’m sure you’ve got other stores you wanna look through, right?”

neal had finally reopened the chum bucket, and had left it in the not so trusty hands of one of the long term employees. he had slightly more important things to do, and after working for days straight to actually get the bucket up and running again, he deserves this break. but it is technically for his other job, so he refused to count it as an actual break. he spun the ring on his pointer finger as he stepped into the clothing store. he was about to walk down an aisle when he spotted someone he recognized. “echo?” he asked, raising an eyebrow at the other. he hasn’t seen him in a while, honestly he was under the impression he left town.

━.*･｡ﾟtaking another look, ari decided this suited the boy more. she couldn’t do him a disservice and let him look like a yellow highlighter around town, so she felt pleased. with a slow nod she stated, “ this is much better. ” however, she couldn’t shake the feeling about something in the other in front of her. maybe it was the cop in her, but there was something off-putting bothering her. perhaps it was just her nervousness trying to find something not hideous in the shop. “ are you going to buy it? ” she felt herself asking.

there beomsoo was, sitting in another store with another friend watching them try on clothes he knew they wouldn’t ever actually get. though, echo seemed like he was attached to this one and would actually go through with it, which wasn’t a shock to him at all. biting down on the snack he had in hand ( he was always snacking on something, considering he was always hungry ), he was scrolling through his phone when echo’s voice brought his attention to the matter at hand – the jacket. “i’m more of a orange or green guy, but the yellow fits you. why so hesitant?” beomsoo questioned.

since they were finally out of the hotel, kojo was finally free to go shopping. she was at her favorite store, looking at their rompers before she heard a familiar voice. she wouldn’t say she hated echo, she just didn’t enjoy his company. — but she decided to keep it civil.❝ i mean it’s definitely in your color wheel. are you okay with your skin tone looking more pink? ❞

━.*･｡ﾟ searching through racks of outerwear, aria was trying to find the best present for her lover. at this point she knew what looked best on him, and was shocked at the limited options at the store. this was probably harder than her actual job. her gaze was brought upwards at the other’s words. ari took a look at the color of the jacket with his skin-tone, “ well, the color would look better on you if it was a bit muted. ” she walked over to the rack that was closest to him, and found the same style shirt that was a soft blue color, “ try this on. ”

*:･ﾟ✧ hoshi’s left feeling a little troubled after the storm. since the storm had struck during the week of his move in he was caught up in all of the excitement of camping out in a hotel and going on midnight adventures within it’s halls. but now that the island is in it’s recovery state, it seems like most of the residents are left picking up the pieces and going back to normal life. hoshi would love to help, but he doesn’t exactly know where to start or who would even need his help. feeling kind of bored and in search of what to do, hosh finds himself wandering along the beach. he spends most of the time picking up scraps of trash along the way, but shortly he comes upon a giant palm tree. there’s a primal urge that he can’t resist. hoshi must climb that tree.

as soon as his shift was over, echo headed to the beach with some food from work, which had become a weekly tradition of his. he was cleaning up the trash he’d left by the tree when someone else approached, seemingly to be awestruck. “it’s, uh, a nice tree, right?” he attempted conversation awkwardly.
