honestly, one of the most embarrassing things about social media is how people turn basic reminders and lifestyles into a performance to flex on everyone. it is pure second hand embarrassment
case in point, i saw this muslim fitness influencer guy the other day talking about how men should avoid mixed gyms to protect their gaze. fine, great advice, no issues there
but then he ends the video by basically saying "I don't know about you low-testosterone guys, but my testosterone???? it’s so high that if I see a woman's thighs, I go sicko mode and have to take a shower right there”
why are you broadcasting your sexual appetite to the public, who is this for. if you’re genuinely aiming your reminder for other men, why are you discussing your “high testosterone” and sexual drive with other guys? and if you’re doing it for the ladies then why are you even making religious reminders in the first place? 
you just know this guy stood in front of his closet, picked out his tightest possible compression shirt, and thought "yeah, let me film a video talking about my fiery sex drive to show everyone how alpha and high-testosterone I am."
if you want to give a reminder, just give the reminder and shut up, nobody needs the weird, over-dramatic performance
