thank you to these 9 smiles that i would never forget, to the lives i would watch while studying to make it less painful, to the songs and albums i will religiously replay on the train back home and feel happy all over again. these feelings will never come back, but i am forever grateful that they were once here. the 2 years i’ve spent with them were the ones most bearable, all thanks to their laughter, music and warmth. because of them, i have that chapter of my youth

seeing them part was so painful, and honestly, i still cannot believe that they are no longer together anymore, but in my heart, these 9 smiles will shine brighter than any star and burn warmer than the sun.

journal rituals #1 : rituals for starting a new journal ⋆. 𐙚 ˚

hiii, i will be starting a new journal soon and i would like to share some new journal rituals i would like to start when starting a new journal! i have been journaling for about 5 years now and i am starting my 8th journal soon, so if there are any questions about journaling, feel free to comment below!!

⭐️ (ending my journal) i write the date i finished the journal in the blank i have left myself on the first page. then, i will thank my journal by saying “thank you for serving me during this time, i am now ready to move on to a new start!”

⭐️ starting the first page off with my name, the date i have started, and a blank to write the date i have finished.

⭐️ next, ill write my current “stats”: favourite songs, fave artists, book im reading, core memories etc. basically a timestamp of my current progress in life.

⭐️ a goal/bucket list for myself for this new chapter of my life (it can be existing goals that i want to complete)

OOF THE DANCE ok no im not here to critic the dance. i love the change of vocal tones and pacing throughout the song, the adlibs are also pretty fire

pretty innovative and creative. like actually using the sound of shoes squeaking in the bgm and not just bball related lingo in the lyrics. the overall rhythm (especially during the prechorus) was really ear-catching
