So my ass and tummy are where I'm hoping to see the biggest changes because I'm really not happy with them right now. Arms and abs was really good today though. We always manage to get through each circuit twice within the 7 minutes so I did 60 push-ups today which is way more than I thought I could ever do so I'm pretty proud of myself 💪🏼

Did day 1 legs and cardio with my best friend today. We both honestly thought it would be easy because we both played soccer and are in good shape and it actually sucked (in a good way). But this is just eggs over easy on 12 grain toast with avocado and crushed red pepper.
