about me ˚₊‧

As mentioned before, I am an artist! I have been drawing basically since I could hold a pen. I began really getting into making art when I got my first drawing tablet! I used to make art for Aphmau fan fictions (and of course, art for my own fanfics too) on Wattpad under the username ‘squidterd’ starting with the Laurence x Reader fic: “Someone’s Little Sister” and then taking requests for other Aphmau fics later down the line!! My art book on Wattpad has since been privated bc I was cringe and not free 😔 but that’s really what kickstarted me taking art seriously, and introduced me to freelancing!! And now, almost a decade later, I am pursuing a Bachelors in Game Art and Design!!!

As of late, I am really enjoying character design and making reference sheets! I have a lot of fun working with designs, colors, and shapes to make a character unique and pleasing to look at! I also really enjoy working with bright colors, FX, and making big, dramatic and dynamic pieces.

Aphmau is also what truly kicked off my love of writing once I began writing Aphmau fanfics on Wattpad, my most notible being “Cursed: MyStreet X Reader” (which is GOD AWFUL but it got a lot of reads so yk. I have plans to rewrite it and flesh it out more later). I have since began writing more fics and stories of my own, and even though I am by no means as gifted writing as I am drawing, I still enjoy it a lot, and one of my greatest dreams is to write and publish a book :3c

When I’m in the writing mood (but not in the mood to write if that makes any sense) I roleplay! I have been roleplaying for about 4 years now! I roleplay mainly with a small group of friends, but if you want to roleplay with me I’m totally down!! Except if you want to ERP. Then I’ll spit in ur face and kick your shins and run away (ง •̀_•́)ง

Creative hobbies aside, I am a new single parent to my beautiful baby! I won’t be talking about my family too much, as I will probably be keeping this blog for creative and social purposes, and I also want to respect my baby’s privacy and safety. I just wanted to mention their existence bc I am very proud of my child and I love them very much :3c

I am also autistic! I have a very hard time with communicating effectively and consistently, so I do apologize if I come off a certain way or if I just… don’t talk to you. I am very commonly socially burnt out and I go non-verbal often (ᵕ—ᴗ—)
